So finally Akash tablet is now available in market for students with price 
2,500 INR. Pre-booking of Akash tablet for students has now started. Students can order their tablets by going online www.akashtablet.com
Also a new and upgraded version of Akash tablet “UbiSlate 7″ is available but will be in market in late January of 2012 with price 2,999. Students can book it by logging in to same URL.
The Datawind has launched UniSlare in India, but the tablet for students is still named Akash. It offers a web delivery platform which gives interactive knowledge over internet.
So the much awaited India’s cheapest tablet phone Akash is now available in market. So book it if u wish and share your reviews.
UPDATE : Akash tablet has been sold out. But you can still book the UBISLATE 7 which will be available in late January.
